She giggled some at the word confuzzled, than smiles slightly before sitting down beside him, "There may be one, but I dont see it... maybe... Maybe it will arise at some point later..." she glanced aside, close to tears herself now.

"In the meantime, I'd better figure out what tah do. I can't let a madman run around using servants to his, her, its own whims." he said. "I'm reluctant to shoot more of those crystals, or the main one you're wearing, because I've seen what happens, and that ain't a pretty sight." he said.
She nodded, "Aye but... If the time does come... You must shoot it" she smiled tapping the crystal, "Hist control would stop... I dont know what happens but... Im okay with what ever might happen." she nuzzled his cheek and leaned into his side some.

He returned it with a slightly awkward hug, and then said. "I will, I promise." he said. "But for now, what can I do?" he asked. "Before once again I am forced to play this game of hide and seek." he added. Not a pretty optimistic mood or outlook right now, but its the best comparison he could draw.

"That's... good to know." he said, pausing abit, but then realising something. "Quite smart, actually. No one would expect such a thing. Nor would anyone believe a word. The three major races are at peace with each other, despite the racial disputes." he deduced. "Is that why telling me most of this is allowed?" he asked.
She blinked, "What?... No not at all... I just wanted to tell you that because... well I dont make friends or like many people so.." she shruged glancing aside, "I um... was worried... its all just..." she glanced aside, than nosed his cheeck and backed off, "I should probably go.. Im sorry..."

"I'm sorry for asking such a thing, but all this 'my evil master is going to go pew pew all the ponies' plan is really keepin' me on edge right now". he said, with a quite sad tone. "I guess not much I can do until the attacks begin." he concluded. "So what will you do, in the end?" he asked.
She muttered, "If we prevail... he has no use for me any longer...." she looked aside, "If we dont.. than I doubt I will be allowed freedom for being involved..." she gave a slight smile but kept her gaze down, she trembled some and her ears laid back, "I had fun though... while I had some freedom, making the clubhouse, playing outside, trying to figure out what star was what... even when the snake attacked I still had alot of fun..."

"There's always a way to win without loss." he said. "But I take it either way you've got no choice." he continued, then sighed.
"You remind me of somepony I had met in school. She and I got together abit... too well." he told her. "Until someday, she risked her life to save me, only to come back a year later, alive and well, but instead of a hug, she spat at me, and sent bolts of fire, turned by some evil forced. I lost her that day." he finished.
"I've lost quite abit, and that's driven me to the edge of emotional insanity. Losing you... things would go in limbo again for me." he said, the last words sounded more like a mutter, with another small tear forming in his eyes as some flashbacks came to him.

"Yes..." he said, drifting off abit, then he regained in composure. "So, whaddaya think we should do now? Atleast, until something else happens." he asked, wantiing to know that he could atleast ease his own pain abit and live a small bit of life disconnected from the rest of the world's troubles.
